Brewmaster to host three-week series of classes on brewing the perfect beer.

"Stay cool with local brewmaster Brian Helton."  Perfect for the dining connoisseur and party entertainers, Helton will be teaching three classes accompanied with beer tastings. The events will guide you into a new world of dining. Each class will have a technical component on how Helton makes the beer, broken down throughout the three-week series. He will give you a new mindset, encouraging you to use beer as an ingredient to your dishes, including new recipes. From dips to dessert, Helton provides his expertise on beer and what will make your taste buds sing.

June 6, 2012

How To: Beer & Cheese - Brian will talk about the brewing process and the four main ingredients it entails and how to plan your own tasting for your friends. Cheese pairings will be discussed followed by 4-6 beer tastings.

June 13, 2012

How To: Beer & Food - A continued technical conversation on the fermentation process is followed by the versatilities of using beer in the kitchen, including summer party recipes. Brian stresses the importance of using different beers with each course and how to progressively increase the flavors of a palate.

June 27, 2012

How To: Beer & Desserts - The last event of the series will enhance beer knowledge even further, exploring carbonation and how it's dispensed. Brian will teach the texture component of beer and how carbonation will change flavors of a palate. Recipes will be shared along with a final beer tasting.

You can expect to have a fun and JAMMIN evening.
Come attend one or all.

Each class is $25;  $60 when you purchase all three
