The events will guide you into a new world of dining. Each class will have a technical component on how Helton makes the beer, broken down throughout the three-week series. He will give you a new mindset, encouraging you to use beer as an ingredient to your dishes, including new recipes. From dips to dessert, Helton provides his expertise on beer and what will make your taste buds sing.
