YES! PIE IN THE JAR IS THE NEW JAM!

La Ricki is in the house!

And, Ricki Uster is so put together & precious that she makes it all

so easy, fun & special at once.

Did you see the precious individual recipe & guidelines above that

were prepared for our individual use in making our pie in the jar?!

My cousin Denise is visiting from Denver & she specifically requested

when coming to Arizona,

"Can you have the JAM classes be especially awesome when I am in town!?!?!

Please and thank you!

When I am in town, I would like especially neat and fun classes!!!

These could be mosaics, glass blowing, anything I can wear or cook,

learn how to blog, cake decorating, candle making, etc."

Look at those happy hands below! Do ya think she was happy?!!

Butter the jar. Roll the dough, cut the bottom out and place it in.

Place a strip of dough inside the edges & press it in place.

Then fill with this oh-so-yummy blueberry pie filling that was made with:

blueberries

lemon zest

lemon juice

cinnamon

sugar

and everything nice.

Put it in the oven & bake 'til golden brown.

Let cool & decorate your jars with precious pretties.
